Your real issue is not whether we can successfully form a party and win elections, rather it is how much you believe God, how much you trust God, and how obedient you are willing to be. Do you believe God when He says He wants godly rulers? You know the current political parties cannot be the vehicle for this to happen. So, do you trust God to accomplish His will through His people? How obedient are you willing to be in being a tool He uses to accomplish His purposes?
